About
Brick started from software: building inventory, receiving and licensing systems for businesses whose daily work was being slowed down by tools that were not built for them. Doing that work meant sitting with people on a shop floor, in a warehouse and behind a counter, and understanding the process before writing a line of code.
That same approach carries into web and online presence work. We do not treat a website as a separate discipline from the software behind it, or advertising as a separate discipline from the website. One team handles engineering, design and marketing execution, which means fewer handoffs and fewer people who do not know what the business actually does.
Every client has a direct line to the people doing the work. Not a support ticket, not an account manager relaying messages: the person who built it.

You speak with the people making the architectural and implementation decisions.
Milestones, trade-offs and decisions are written down and reviewed throughout the project.
We plan deployment, monitoring and support as part of the system, not as an afterthought.
Your team receives the code, infrastructure access and practical documentation needed to own the result.
Tell us about the business and what is not working today. We will give you a straight answer.
