The Brick Software name, the logo, and the text and design of this site belong to Brick Software. You may read, print and share pages for your own reference. You may not republish them as your own or use our branding without written permission.

Do not use this site or its contact form to send unlawful, misleading or bulk unsolicited material, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its availability for other people.

Work we carry out for you is not governed by this page. Every engagement runs under a separate written agreement, signed by both sides before work starts, covering scope, deliverables, milestones, price, payment terms, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality, warranties and liability.

That agreement is issued as part of the proposal for your project, so the terms match the work actually being done. Ask for a copy at any point in the conversation, before you commit to anything.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on the content of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for delivered work is set by the engagement agreement.
